Overview

Artist Pyarelal lives a poor lifestyle in Bombay with his parents, sister, brother and sister-in-law. After a family argument, Pyarelal is asked to leave, and he swears only to return when he becomes a famous, wealthy man. He meets actress Asha and they fall in love.
