Ashika Ranganath

Biography

Ashika Ranganath (born August 5, 1996) is an Indian actress who works predominantly in Kannada cinema, alongside appearances in Telugu and Tamil films. She made her feature film debut in *Crazy Boy* (2016), earning a nomination for the SIIMA Award for Best Female Debut – Kannada. Her early releases included *Mass Leader* (2017), *Mugulu Nage* (2017), *Raju Kannada Medium* (2018), and *Raambo 2* (2018). She won the SIIMA Award for Best Actress – Kannada for *Madhagaja* (2021). Over the following years, her Kannada credits included *Avatara Purusha* (2022), *Raymo* (2022), and *Avatara Purusha 2* (2024). For her performance in the medical thriller *O2* (2024), she won a second SIIMA Award for Best Actress – Kannada. Outside Kannada cinema, Ranganath made her Tamil debut in *Pattathu Arasan* (2022), followed by the romantic comedy *Miss You* (2024). She made her Telugu debut with *Amigos* (2023), later appearing in *Naa Saami Ranga* (2024), *Gatha Vaibhava* (2025), and *Bhartha Mahasayulaku Wignyapthi* (2026).
