Ivana Hucíková

Biography

Ivana Hucíková is a Slovak writer and director. Her work focuses on questions of identity, belonging, and personal freedom, with a strong emphasis on feminist and queer perspectives. Ivana holds a PhD in documentary film from the Film and Television Faculty of the Academy of Performing Arts in Bratislava and she's a member of European Film Academy and Slovak Association of Documentary Filmmakers.
