Eliot and Bryan are settling into their new relationship, but something is strangely wrong with Eliot. The Book of Spells may have the answer they don't want to hear.

Eliot discovers a spell that may cure him, but they have to travel to the depths of Hell for it to work.

Eliot and Bryan attempt to open a portal to Hell to acquire a mysterious and powerful stone.

Bryan's journey through Hell seems to be changing him. Meanwhile, Eliot becomes obsessed with an old patient.

As Eliot begins to deteriorate, Bryan realizes his destiny.
