Fiz is shocked to find John with a body wrapped in a carpet. For a moment she thinks this is Chesney's body, but John assures her, it's Colin Fishwick. John reminds Fiz that she is implicated in his crimes. Graeme is feeling very guilty after being unfaithful to Tina, with Xin. Steve and Becky argue over Max again, and throw every out of the Rovers. Halley tells Roy that she has a holiday planned. Steve tells Dev all about his problems.

Chesney still can't open the door. Xin is upset that Graeme stayed the night with Tina. Tracy and Ken clash as Tracy looks forward to moving to London. Steve speaks to a solicitor. Tracy is furious when he tells her has taken steps to stop her moving away with Amy. Social Services visit the Rovers to see Kyle – Steve tells them she has moved out. Becky panics, but Steve assures he has a plan. Fiz tells John she will run away with him.

Fiz has to decide if she really can run away with John. She worries that if they disappear people will be suspicious, but agrees with John's plans. Katy calls to see Fiz, and ask if she has heard from Chesney. She tells them she has decided to have an abortion. John tries to persuade her not to, by insisting that Chesney will come back soon. When David threatens to make trouble over Max's custody, Steve tells him that Kyle sold Max for £25,000.

Fiz is interviewed by the police. She insists that she knew nothing about John's double life. Kyle tells social services that Steve and Becky bullied her into letting Max live them. Becky retorts that Kylie blackmailed them.

Becky thinks she knows where Max is, and sets off to bring him home. Chesney tells Owen that he intends to stand by Katy and honour his responsibilities. Owen is not convinced. The police tell Fiz that John was at Joy's before she died. John snatches baby Hope.

Becky thinks Kyle rang Social Services. When Kyle denies any involvement Becky's attention switches to Tracy and rushes around armed with a hammer. Steve admits that he rang Social Services. Fiz is in hospital when John arrives with Hope – he tells her that he has a plan.

The police question Fiz again. Fiz denies knowing that John was working as a teacher. However, this changes when they tell her they have a witness that can testify that someone matching her description claimed Joy's inheritance. Becky tells Steve that she will never forgive him for what he has done.

Steve tries to patch things up with Becky, and suggests that they might move away. Fiz tells the police everything she knows. Dev is embarrassed when he can't pay for dinner.

Fiz appears in court, where she pleads guilty to fraud. She is horrified when her case is referred to the Crown Court. Sally is troubled and can't stop thinking about John and what he could have done. Graeme tells Xin he wants her to stay. She gives him twenty four hours to decide whether he wants her or Tina.

Tina's back at Rita's when Graeme arrives. Rita says she'll go and relieve Norris for a little while. Tina takes one look at Graeme and puts her hand to her throat. "Oh god. Am I about to get dumped?" She asks why Xin is still here and Graeme admits he told Xin not to go. Tina says Xin didn't say anything. She doesn't know what's going on but she feels very stupid and lied to. Graeme admits he slept with Xin. Tina's face crumples.

Graeme is telling Tina that he and Xin tried to fight their attraction. She asks him how long it has been going on but he insists that it was only once. Tina wants him to tell her that it meant nothing but he can't.

Graeme and Xin have a snog and a cuddle but Gail interrupts them, back for her lunch. Xin decides to go into town but Graeme stays behind to talk to Gail, thanking her for letting them say. He promises they won't be there long. He tries to explain everything was his fault and he feels bad for having hurt Tina. Gail says that he at least has someone to help him through it all.

Tina comes home and Graeme is there waiting, because he thinks he's left his wallet in the flat. She makes him go up alone but then follows him anyway.

Steve and Tracy bid farewell to the solicitor and at that moment Stella comes back. Steve introduces her - the new manager! Tracy is aghast, she thought he'd promised her the job. He then tells her that her services are no longer required, either behind the bar or anywhere else. "You can't sack me!" says Tracy. "I think he just did, love," says Stella. "You are going to regret this!" snarls Tracy and leaves the pub.

Steve attempts to repair his marriage. Dev attempts to win the aunties around. Sean and Marcus find it hard being fathers.

Roy and Hayley attempt to prevent Becky from self-destructing. Dev's romantic gesture could end up doing more harm than good.

Becky makes a play for Karl in the pub and ends up in a confrontation with Stella. After Dylan becomes ill, Sean finds out that Marcus has dealt with the situation on his own. Hayley thinks about telling Sylvia about her sex change.
