Season 13

Season 13 begins with a new generation of ninjas taking on the course in Tacoma, Wash., at the famed Tacoma Dome. For the first time, competitors as young as 15 compete in round one of Qualifiers where the ninjas face up to six challenging obstacles.

The qualifiers continue with the ninjas facing up to 6 challenging obstacles, including the Shrinking Steps, Weight for It, Split Decision, Tipping Point, V Formation, and the iconic Warped Wall.

The Semifinals begin in Los Angeles where the competing ninjas will face up to 10 challenging obstacles, including new obstacles Wall-to-Wall and the Inverter.

The Semifinals continue in Los Angeles where ninjas will face up to 10 challenging obstacles, including new obstacle Padlock. For Split Decision, ninjas must choose between an upper body and balance obstacle.

The Semifinals conclude as ninjas face up to 10 obstacles. For Split Decision, ninjas must choose between an upper-body and balance obstacle. The top 2 competitors face off on the Power Tower where the winner earns a Safety Pass for the National Finals.

The finals return to Las Vegas where the ninjas face up to 8 super-sized obstacles. Competitors are given the choice between a grueling upper-body obstacle or a riskier balance obstacle in their run.

The National Finals continue in Las Vegas where the ninjas face up to 8 super-sized obstacles. In Split Decision, the ninjas decide between a grueling upper-body obstacle or a riskier balance obstacle in the hopes of securing their spot in Stage 2.

The National Finals conclude as the remaining competitors move on to Stage 2 and beyond for their chance to win $1 million and become the next American Ninja Warrior.

Twelve female ninjas battle across 2 daunting courses with the top 4 finishers advancing to race head-to-head on the Power Tower for the $50,000 prize.
