Phil is beside the seaside in Norfolk, while Kirstie is covering the countryside as they take on the Norfolk property market searching for homes for two sets of house-hunters

Phil and Kirstie hit the capital to help a young family and two first-time buyers get a slice of the London property pie in and around Archway and Holloway and West Hampstead

Phil catches up with Mel and Jon in the beautiful Herefordshire countryside. And Kirstie meets with Liz and John, a year after helping them look for a place to live in Derby.

Kirstie and Phil return to south London to catch up with twins Chris and Matt Wickham, who were buying together, and trainee solicitor Jemma Pollock, who was after her first home.
